PREGNANCY
Whether you're trying to get pregnant or want to minimize pregnancy health complications, you can not risk out-of-home birth care. My goal is to help prepare you nutritionally and prepare your body and mind during pregnancy to lower your risk of complications and get the most comfortable pregnancy experience possible
BIRTH
I'll prepare you for the intensity of contractions and help you advocate so you don't feel pressured to do something you don't want during labor. I'll teach you how to prepare for natural childbirth, how you can have a VBAC at home or in the hospital, and have a backup plan you're proud of! A better birth also means a better breastfeeding experience
BREASTFEEDING
Here at Fruit of the Womb Perinatal, you begin breastfeeding successfully starting in pregnancy. Without critical preparation, education, and support, your breastfeeding journey may be more stressful than trying to manage labor contractions. Don't let that be you, and I'll help you get prepared for a better breastfeeding experience.

​I'm your holistic pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding specialist!
I'm a Christian homeschooling mom of seven who went from having two scary C-section deliveries to two 31-week premature babies to four vaginal births after two C-sections (VBA2C)​ and successfully breastfed all seven children.
Now I help other moms who desire a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding, and may be higher risk for whatever reason, have the most holistic and natural experience, EVEN if that means a c-section ( we can make that a more natural experience too, no worries!). When it comes to breastfeeding, no worries, I'm not throwing you a bottle of formula and wishing you luck. I teach women from pregnancy how to improve their breastfeeding experience using a holistic approach!
