I admit it, I'm addicted to learning, and I'm bringing all that knowledge and training to help you have a better, healthier birth experience. I'm bringing my passion for birth and my love of healthy semi-crunchy living and mixing it all up for a unique support experience. You're getting a doula who looks at the big and long-term picture of health for you and your baby, while also considering your mind, body, and spirit for you and your baby. My goal is for you to have a truly healthy baby (and not just a baby and mom that survives birth) in both the short term and also in the long term.

I believe in supporting a mother's mental wellness, and physical wellness, and giving her quality emotional support. My holistic approach uses education and mindfulness tools to support a positive and healthy perinatal experience.

 

I believe in the natural and physiological process of pregnancy and birth and trusting your body to deliver your baby with little to no intervention safely.

 

I also believe that both natural and alternative healing therapies and modern medicine can work together and provide a safe, healthy, empowering birth experience.

I had a wonderful experience with the services provided by my doula Angel.
During my entire pregnancy she was very attentive and stayed in contact with me to check on me even when we were unable to physically meet due to the Covid19 pandemic. Being pregnant in these times was one of the most difficult things I have been through in my life time... so many choices are taken from mothers and I was left feeling very scared and unsure of how things would play out for my birth. Every question or concern I had, angel met them with as much information, positivity, hope and prayer a person can provide.
